Refunds and Exchange Policy:
To be eligible for a refund/exchange;
You MUST first send an e-mail to renovatedesthetics.cs@gmail.com within 22 days of the order date.
Garments must be unworn and under the same conditions as received. Labels must be on the garment.
As soon as we receive your email, we will respond to you promptly and accordingly. We will arrange a delivery for your replacement. If no replacement items are available, we will refund you a full cost price.
